The 18th International Congress on Catalysis (ICC) will be held in Lyon from 14 to 19 July 2024. This major event, bringing together between 1,500 and 2,000 people from the catalysis community every four years,
IFPEN, after having been strongly involved in supporting the French bid, is one of the institutions contributing to the organization of the congress alongside the French Chemical Society, the Fondation de la Maison de la Chimie and IRCELYON.
Plenary lecturers
Prof. Umit Ozkan: High-temperature electrocatalysis: challenges and opportunities
Prof. Keiichi Tomishige: Heterogeneous catalysis for hydrodeoxygenation of biomass-based platform chemicals
Prof. Jeroen A. van Bokhoven: Advanced spectroscopic tools applied to heterogeneous catalysis
Prof. Ulrike Diebold: Surface Science
Prof. Thomas Maschmeyer: Driving sustainable technology through catalysis
Prof. Avelino CORMA - IACS Awardee 2020 will deliver a plenary lecture on Ab initio design of solid catalysts : from the fundamental to the application.
