IPFEN's mobility experts, along with industrial partners including Mov'NTec Mobility, will answer all your questions about the technologies they are co-developing in the fields of electric mobility, fuel cells, batteries, environmental analysis of transportation, and more.
You can also discover several technological innovations from IFPEN and its partners at the booth: inverters, batteries, motor models, and more.
Mov’NTec Mobility and IFPEN are jointly developing a range of 48V rare earth-free electric motors, optimized in terms of efficiency, volume and mass and with a low environmental footprint (local sourcing, zero waste in manufacturing, repairable during life and recyclable at the end of life).

IFPEN, a key player in the decarbonization of transport
IFPEN and its Carnot IFPEN Transports Energie are conducting research to decarbonize propulsion systems and reduce the environmental impact of transport. Their work focuses on several areas:
• Electric Machines and associated power electronics : For high-efficiency and environmentally-friendly electric propulsion through eco-design
• Batteries: For increased range of electric vehicles and a projection towards future generations of battery materials
• Hydrogen mobility: Thanks to combustion systems allowing to maximize efficiency and achieve near-zero nitrogen oxide emissions
• Environmental analysis of transport: Thanks to simulating the impact of different transport policies on the environment and air quality, optimizing transport flows to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and informing citizens about the sustainable mobility options available
