A new academic year has begun at IFP School! The students of the 2022 class started their academic year on the Rueil-Malmaison campus on 1 September.
The new intake is equivalent to pre-crisis levels, reflecting the continued appeal of IFP School. Some 300 students joined one of the 10 applied graduate programs leading to a specialized engineering degree or an IFP School Master’s degree, or the Specialized Master’s® Petroleum Data Management program.
The composition of the new intake reflects the School’s multiculturalism and global outlook, with 49% of students coming from outside France, representing 49 nationalities. Of significance too is the increase in the percentage of female students, who this year account for 31% of total numbers.
Thanks to the support of IFP School’s partners, the number of students funded by industry remains extremely high – more than 80% – with a record number of apprentices (64%). In addition, this new academic year has seen the School broadening its scope to become an apprentice training center (CFA).
In accordance with ministerial directives, IFP School has opted for on-site teaching across all of its programs for this new academic year, always in strict compliance with protective health measures, including mask wearing. Some courses have adopted a “phygital” format: physical experiences for students present at the School and digital experiences for students who have, as yet, been unable to make their way to the campus.
