Every two years, the JEMPs, initiated in Toulouse in 1993, are the essential meeting place for scientific and industrial communities wishing to take stock of the progress made in understanding the complex behavior of porous media.
The next edition of the JEMP, organized at IFP Energies nouvelles, will take place in Rueil-Malmaison, near Paris, from October 17 to 19, 2023.

JEMPs are privileged moments of exchange where problems are addressed in the light of fundamental disciplines such as applied mathematics, fluid mechanics, heat and mass transfer and process engineering.

Porous media are involved in many key sectors of energy transition such as energy storage, depollution, renewable energies, food and health.
If porous media are part of your research and you want to share your experiences, discoveries and intuitions, do not hesitate, submit an abstract to JEMP before July 21!
